Position Summary:
The Part-Time Assistant Womens Bowling Coach supports the Head Coach in all aspects of the intercollegiate womens bowling program at Carthage College. This position assists with the organization instruction and supervision of student-athletes focusing on skill development competitive preparation academic success and personal growth consistent with the mission and values of Carthage College and NCAA Division III.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Coach in the planning and execution of daily practices skill development sessions and team competitions.
- Provide individual and group instruction to enhance student-athlete performance and technique.
- Support recruiting efforts by identifying and communicating with prospective student-athletes in coordination with the Head Coach and Office of Admissions.
- Assist with travel coordination equipment management and administrative tasks related to team operations.
- Foster a positive inclusive and competitive team environment focused on academic and athletic success.
- Ensure adherence to all institutional conference and NCAA rules and regulations.
- Represent the program and Carthage College in a professional manner at all times.
- Other duties as assigned.
