Your Role as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

As an LVN with Remedy Home Health you will deliver hands-on skilled nursing care to patients in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled patient-centered nursing care based on individualized care plans

• Accurately document all visits assessments and treatments using electronic health records (EHR)

What Youll Need to Qualify

• Current and active California LVN license in good standing

• Graduate of an accredited vocational nursing program

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home health experience preferred)

• Reliable transportation and valid California drivers license

• Physical ability to assist and move patients as needed

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Proficiency with electronic charting and care coordination software
