Job Summary
University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Worker to provide quality in-home care to clients inHartland MI. The ideal candidate will assist clients with daily living activities promote independence and ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing dressing grooming and toileting.
- Help with light housekeeping duties meal preparation and errands.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Monitor and report any changes in the clients condition or behavior to the supervisor.
- Follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients and their families.
- Reliable transportation to and from clients homes.
- Be able to make it to the client home and back without an issue
- Ability to pass background checks and any required health screenings.
- Compassionate patient and trustworthy personality.
