YOUR TASKS

• You support and assist our Italian customers and partners by phone (inbound and outbound) as well as in writing acting as the main point of contact to uphold our service promise.

• You provide knowledgeable guidance to customers always showing sensitivity to their wishes and needs.

• You ensure a smooth order and shipping process - this is a fundamental part of your responsibilities.

• You handle service-oriented complaint and claims management as part of your daily work and always find quick customer-focused solutions based on our internal guidelines.

• You identify and highlight errors including root-cause analysis forming the basis for continuous optimization in your area.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have business-fluent Italian and English skills both spoken and written.

• You already have some experience in customer service (phone support written communication or sales).

• You demonstrate a high degree of diligence reliability and a strong service mindset: a friendly demeanor and a natural feel for working with people.

• Communication is clearly your strength and passion - both verbally and in writing. You always have an answer and the right solution. No matter the situation you remain calm and keep your warm smile.

• Thanks to your quick comprehension and experience with MS Office programs you are a true system expert ensuring a smooth order and shipping process.
