Job Summary
Background of the Recruitment
The Power Product group at Renesas is a core part of the companys vision to deliver safe smart and sustainable solutions for automotive industrial infrastructure and IoT markets. Renesas aims to triple its power business by 2030 leveraging a broad portfolio of power management ICs discrete devices and wide-bandgap technologies (GaN SiC) to address megatrends such as electrification energy efficiency and AI-driven systems
Our group Automotive System Power within the Power group focuses on Intelligent Power Devices (IPDs) and High-Side Switches (HSS) which are critical for next-generation automotive ECUs centralized architectures and EV/Hybrid platforms. These products enable safe power distribution diagnostics and protection reducing complexity and improving reliability in modern vehicles

Qualifications :
MUST
- Post silicon Validation experience
- Equipment handling (Knows how to operate all equipments like PowerSupply Oscilloscope etc.)
- Silicon Validation planning Validating Data analysis report making
- Ability to communicate in English (conversation level)
WANT
- Python scripting experience
- Power electronics knowledge
