Role: Health Hub - Digital Content Administrator

The Digital Content Administrator role plays a key role in the Health Hub team supporting the day to day tasks within the team to help achieve growth targets.
Support the team with briefing to the wider digital team and creative agencies of new content for the Boots Health Hub
Using insights and analysis to review current content always continuing to improve our pages to support the continuous growth
Reviewing and updating existing processes and templates working with your direct team and others to ensure we are always working with the best resources
Taking control of our communication internally and externally by owning our healthhub mailbox system and putting in place processes to support the way we organise work requests
Keeping our internal inventory up to date and always being on top of anything new or updated
Ensuring a great relationship with the Digital Experience content and internal agency teams
Understand that detail and accuracy is vital and be able to contribute and be comfortable with future thinking.
Ability to plan organise and prioritise
Confidence in engaging with others and working across different teams collaborating and holding others to account
