YOUR ROLE IN THE SPOTLIGHT

Lead the bar. Own the vibe. Elevate every pour. Reporting to the Beverage & Food Manager youll be the mastermind behind the Perception Bar experience.

• Command the bar scene Oversee daily bar operations with flair precision and a dash of attitude.
• Lead & inspire Guide a team of bartenders to deliver cocktails that wow and service that shines.
• Craft iconic moments Curate signature drinks and ensure every pour meets Ws luxury standards.
• Keep it fresh Manage garnishes glassware and stock so the bar is always ready for its close-up.
• Own the numbers Handle payments balance the bank and keep reports tight and accurate.
• Secure the goods Lock down liquor wine and all bar assets like a pro.
• Stay sleek & safe Uphold safety security and style standardsbecause looking sharp is part of the job.
• Be the vibe curator Anticipate guest needs showing our Whatever Whenever service deliver service with personality and make every interaction unforgettable.
• Make magic happen Build strong relationships across the team to keep the energy high and goals aligned.
