Job Summary
- Perform and review daily deliverables with accuracy and quality ensuring compliance with company and department policies and procedures relating to investor registration dealing reporting and cash.
- Monitor and validate work completed by Associates providing feedback and guidance to maintain high standards and mitigate risk.
- Strive to complete deliverables within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) proactively escalate any client or deliverable issues where required and appropriate.
- Respond to queries from Clients Investors Fund Managers or internal MUFG Departments ensuring a high-quality standard and timely resolution.
- Participate in regular team check-in meetings/calls sharing information ideas and supporting colleagues to foster a positive team culture.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior team members promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
- Support management in department initiatives projects and risk mitigation activities contributing insights from operational experience.
- Champion MUFGs core values of Trust Challenge & Empowerment Passion for Clients Openness and Honesty.
Qualifications :
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in a business-related field preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
- 24 years experience in financial services fund administration asset management banking or client service.
- Strong knowledge of Investor Services processes and related functionalities.
- Demonstrated experience in client/customer service and operational oversight.
- Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products; strong Excel skills are an asset.
- Ability to review and validate work identify risks and provide constructive feedback.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
