Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
- Post-secondary diploma/degree in HR Labour Relations Business or relevant field..
- 5 years in Labour Relations within unionized environments with hands-on bargaining and arbitration experience.
- Solid collective agreement interpretation and advocacy skills.
- Strong negotiation communication and relationship-building skills.
- A knack for turning complex labour issues into practical solutions.
