This opportunity would be ideal for a Project Architect with strong experience in large civic transit or infrastructure projects confident leading teams through all phases from initial concept through construction.

Duties:

Lead project teams through all phases from design to construction
Oversee documentation coordination and technical delivery
Guide construction administration on complex urban and infrastructure projects
Coordinate with agencies consultants and internal disciplines
Develop design solutions presentations and project narratives
Support visualisation and modelling using Revit and supplementary software

Requirements:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
Strong background in infrastructure and civic project work
Team leadership and coordination experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Revit
Functional knowledge of AutoCAD Adobe Creative Suite Lumion TwinMotion Enscape and/or Rhino
