As a Property Co-Ordinator youll play a vital role in creating a safe welcoming and efficient environment for our people and customers. From managing front-of-house services to ensuring compliance and supporting workplace experience youll help us deliver the high standards that make Bupa a trusted name in health and care.
How youll help us make Health happen
Support the delivery of all Facilities and Property Management services across Angel Court and the London Health Clinic portfolio.
Oversee reception operations including visitor inductions and meeting room bookings ensuring a seamless experience.
Act as site lead for Eptura managing room and resource bookings accurately.
Coordinate events and support Joiners Movers and Leavers (JML) processes.
Post weekly updates on Workvivo to keep employees informed and engaged.
Conduct daily walkthroughs to maintain site standards cleanliness and safety.
Ensure Health & Safety boards are up to date and compliance requirements are met.
Liaise with service providers and internal teams to resolve maintenance issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of contractor attendance and compliance data on C365.
Key Skills/Qualifications needed for this role
Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities is essential
Experience in facilities or property coordination within a corporate environment would be desirable
Knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance processes.
Comfortable using property management systems (experience with Eptura is a plus).
A proactive customer-focused approach with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
