What you will do

  • Undertake complex safeguarding enquiries for individuals and organisations.
  • Develop and implement safeguarding plans that reduce risk and promote safety.
  • Build strong relationships with partners to achieve long-term outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and up-to-date research to support best practice in adult safeguarding.

What you will bring

Youll hold a relevant professional qualification and have:

  • A strong understanding of safeguarding legislation including the Mental Capacity Act and Human Rights Act.
  • Experience in managing complex safeguarding cases and creating effective plans.
  • Commitment to the Signs of Safety practice model.
  • Excellent communication skills for challenging conversations and partnership building.
  • Experience supervising and supporting staff to deliver high-quality practice.
