Senior Full Stack Engineer

Salary: 75k-95k Equity

Job Description:
Join a pioneering climate tech platform as a Senior Full Stack Engineer building a high-impact product from MVP to global scale. Youll own the entire engineering stack from architecture to deployment directly shaping a solution for ocean conservation and the ocean economy. This is a unique opportunity to apply modern technology to a critical global challenge working closely with the founding team.

What you will do:

Own the engineering stack from MVP to scale covering backend frontend and infrastructure
Design architecture select tools and establish engineering standards for a robust platform
Collaborate closely with the founding team on technical strategy hiring and scaling the tech organization

The ideal candidate:

Possesses 5 years of backend expertise in Go including API design and microservices
Demonstrates frontend proficiency with React/ responsive design and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
Has strong cloud infrastructure knowledge (AWS CI/CD DevOps) and experience designing scalable systems
