Process Engineer Lithography (m/f)- 100%
Your responsibility
- Operate and monitor photolithography equipment including resist coating exposure and development tools
- Continuously improve existing lithography processes with focus on yield stability and throughput
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting and root cause analysis of process deviations
- Support the transfer and optimization of new process flows into production by working closely with the leaders of cross-functional R&D initiatives.
- Ensure smooth and timely processing of engineering and production wafer lots through the line
- Work with metrology systems to monitor process performance and ensure product quality
- Engage with equipment suppliers to address operational needs and support upgrades or replacements
Your profile
- Bachelors / Masters degree in engineering (e.g. FH or equivalent) preferably with focus on microtechnology
- Hands-on experience in photolithography or cleanroom production environment
- Strong interest in production support and process optimization
- Basic knowledge of SPC and DOE is a plus
- Structured and independent working style with a proactive mindset
- Team player with good communication skills in German and English
- Willingness to work in a dynamic fast-paced cleanroom environment
