At Caterpillars Indonesia Batam we manufacture Hydraulic Mining Shovels products used in building the infrastructure and mining to move materials that makes a better world.

As Caterpillars Manufacturing Analyst you will work both independently and as part of a team to perform detailing budget management for expense and capital. Creates updates and improves manufacturing engineering document.

As the Manufacturing Analyst you will:

Detailed budget management with accountability for delivering to spend profile on time.
Facilitate manufacturing engineering capital and expense budgeting and identify opportunities for cost savings.
Order recognition and organization of purchase orders across functional areas.
Creates updates and improves manufacturing engineering standard works.
Support attendance record and validation.
Coordinate supplier permit based on required.

The successful candidate must bring:

Engineering Finance or business administration degree background or equivalent experiences.
1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Fluent in SAP Power BI PowerApps Coupa GEP Excel.
Knowledge of data process and events ability to use tools and techniques for analysing and documenting logical relationships among data processes or events.
Knowledge of the process of planning and arranging tasks and resources.
Ability to plan and organize both time and resources to get things completed while structuring and maintaining work in a systematic way.
Ability to collaborate communicate and work with cross functional teams to provide updates on key departmental activities.

Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Knowledge of large-scale budge management.
Excellent communication interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Additional Information

Shift: Regular.

Work location: Batam Kepulauan Riau.

You will work both in an office and manufacturing shop-floor environment.

This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.

Domestic relocation is available for this position.
