Role Summary:
We are looking for a talented and dynamic marketing automation operationsspecialistwith extensive experience on Salesforce Marketing cloud platform and CDP experience preferably Salesforce Data cloud. The individual should have implemented projects andpossessa natural flair for technology. With a strong interpersonal communication and collaborative mindset the person is expected to partner with global and diverse stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work in Martech stack transformation from an operations perspectiveestablishnew ways of working manage scale out to different markets.

  • Designs configures and delivers Marketing Automation studio solutions using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Platform including email Journey Builder Cloud Pages SMS and push notification campaigns.

  • Good understanding of data modelling integrationarchitecturesand data governance best practices.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to driveend to endcampaign execution from requirements to configuration and distribution.

  • Understand data integration processes and work with IT teams to bring together data from various sources into the sources ensure data quality and accuracy by cleaning transforming and standardizing data as needed.

  • Work withITteam to build solutions thatutilizeout-of-the-box features and modules and customize according to therequirementin Salesforce Data/Marketing Cloud.

  • Understanding of Salesforce connectors Code languages (incl. Apex and JavaScript) knowledge of JSON data structureSQLand SOQL.

  • Knowledge on usage of AMP scripts in journey builder or profile segmentation.

  • Engage with customers to evaluate and recommend optimization strategies for technical architecture dev/ops performance and solution design specific to Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.

  • Demonstrated ability to analysedesignandoptimizebusiness processes focusing on data integration architecture.


Essential Skills and experience

  • More than 3 years of overall experience in marketing automation and 1-2 years experience with SFMC (Email Studio Journey Builder Interaction Studio Einstein Automation studio etc.)

  • Excellent business acumen and communication skills.

  • Strong focus on customer centricity and customer experience.


Desirable Skills and experience

  • Experience with marketing campaign design and implementation and/or with brand teams executing promotions or campaigns.

  • Experience with technologies and processes for content management systems digital asset management software web content management

  • Experience with technologies and processes for mobile and social media technologies solutions and strategies

  • Experience with marketing customer data models
