You will be responsible for:
Role accountability: Accountable to the BUD for the development and delivery of the TA business and brand strategy including driving brand performance. Provides strategy development and oversight of execution within partner functions to achieve relevant patient outcomes commercial sales and growth targets within the allocated businesses.
Leadership and team development: Inspire lead and develop highly motivated high-performing marketing teams (although no People Management responsibility) to embrace innovation customer obsession competitiveness high quality and compliance. Drive capabilities in the team to strengthen and optimize the customer/patient experience across channels. Coach the marketing teams to deliver compelling value propositions segmentation messaging and multi-channel marketing campaigns. Ensure compliant ethical and patient-first marketing practices in all activities.
Strategic and operational effectiveness: Accountable for the strategic and operational evaluation and assessment of marketing-team effectiveness to ensure optimal strategy(s) brand positioning resourcing size and structure and role evolution to deliver the commercial brand partnership with the Franchise Leaders drive the execution of marketing strategies and initiatives in the field and oversee lifecycle management for oncology assets at the local level including messaging adaptation launch readiness and post-launch optimization.
Market creation launch efforts: Partner to build relevance and visibility for TW in AP strategies plans and tactics to reflect the needs of the Taiwan market. Lead the Country Value Team (CVT) and ensure strong collaboration to For the Oncology pipeline develop a robust multi-year launch playbook that encompasses local commercialization strategy regulatory alignment market access and pricing strategy payer engagement and patient access programs. Define milestones deliverables risk management plans and gating criteria; coordinate with NPP and cross-functional partners to ensure timely readiness. Establish local launch readiness metrics and reporting to BU Director; track progress against milestones and escalate risks as needed.
Best practices and innovation: Shape and influence Taiwan commercial best practices pioneering and driving the uptake of innovative initiatives and practices that deliver for therapy-area brands and patients.
External environment and customer engagement: Maintain a deep understanding of the external environment and customer needs to work collaboratively with cross-functional field leaders to evolve the customer engagement model taking into account customer needs access people structure and capabilities.
Key Deliverables / Metrics
Local oncology commercialization plan with clear milestones budgets and ROI expectations.
Improvement in patient experience metrics and customer satisfaction (e.g. NPS-like indicators patient journey optimization outcomes).
Marketing capability development plan and evidence of completed trainings playbooks and toolkits.
Launch readiness milestones for oncology assets transitioning from NPP; on-time launch execution.
Brand performance indicators: market share growth revenue trajectory and asset acceleration metrics.
Cross-functional alignment and governance artifacts (plans reviews dashboards).
