Registered Nurse (RN) Family Medicine Clinics

Locations:Holmen Galesville & Ashley Wellness Clinics (Arcadia)

FTE:0.75 (Approximately30 hours/week)
Hours:8:00 AM 4:30 PM

Schedule: Monday Friday with rotating days off no weekends holidays or call obligation
Starting Pay: $30.46/hour (higher based on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a flexible team-oriented Registered Nurse (RN)who thrives on building relationships and creating positive experiences for patients and teammates. This position serves as a float RNacross three clinics providing essential patient care and supporting providers in delivering exceptional service.

What You Will Do:

Serve primarily in Holmen and Galesville clinics with occasional support at Ashley Wellness Clinic in Arcadia

• Telephone triage and in-basket work

• Nurse-only visits (e.g. suture removal catheter changes blood pressure checks)

• Follow-up on lab and INR results

• Patient outreach for diabetes and blood pressure management

• Perform Medical Annual Wellness visits

• Collaborate closely with clinicians medical assistants and patient liaisons

What You Need:

• Associate degree in nursing (minimum); BSN preferred

• RN license to practice in Wisconsin upon hire

• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers

• Minimum 1 year RN experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for patient-centered care

• Ability to prioritize and adapt in a busy environment

• Comfortable with basic nursing procedures (suture removal catheter changes)
