We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Compliance Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara Mexico. The ideal candidate will have over 5-8 years of experience in security compliance and a deep understanding of various compliance frameworks and standards.

Responsibilities:

Develop implement and maintain security compliance programs to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential security risks and ensure compliance with SOC HIPAA ISO FedRamp CMMC and NIST standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement security policies procedures and controls.
Monitor and report on compliance status providing recommendations for remediation and improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends threats and regulatory changes to ensure the organization remains compliant.
Provide training and guidance to staff on security compliance best practices and requirements.
Own the preparation and submission of compliance documentation and reports to regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Information Security Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in security compliance.
In-depth knowledge of SOC HIPAA ISO FedRamp CMMC and NIST compliance frameworks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP CISM or CISA are a plus.
