Role Overview

This role supports the overall Cross Border business analytics domain supporting overall business and sub-domain growth forecasting insight-driven business opportunity deep dive for the Cross Border business. The analyst will use data to identify high-potential opportunities guide seller acquisition strategy and building business model to forecast category and seller growth performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead analytical planning for seller acquisition forecasting and goal tracking.
Identify blue ocean categories and underpenetrated market opportunities using data insights.
Build forecasting models for seller onboarding activation and GMV contribution.
Provide actionable insights to improve recruitment efficiency pipeline conversion and seller activation.
Collaborate with business leadership to align data-driven strategies with team goals.

Core Competencies

Drives strategic impact through data influencing country-level seller strategy.
Owns analytical planning and metric definitions for the acquisition lifecycle.
Communicates insights effectively to senior leadership shaping growth priorities.
Demonstrates strong autonomy structured problem-solving and business acumen.

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Analytics Mathematics or related fields.
7 years of experience in analytics strategy or growth planning in e-commerce or relavent industries.
Strong SQL Excel and visualization tool expertise (Tableau Power BI).
Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations.
Experience working with regional or cross-functional business teams.
Able to meet the needs of English communication at work.
