Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Digital Transformation Consultant to lead and drive strategic digital transformation initiatives across government sectors. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing digital roadmaps that align with national priorities and Vision 2030 goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of digital transformation strategies and roadmaps.
Collaborate with government entities to ensure alignment with national policies and initiatives.
Identify technology gaps and opportunities for innovation and digital optimization.
Propose and implement cutting-edge digital solutions to enhance operations.
Oversee project execution ensuring timelines budgets and KPIs are met.
Prepare and deliver detailed progress reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital transformation preferably within government or public sector projects.
Proven ability to design and deliver large-scale digital strategies.
Strong communication and leadership skills with cross-functional teams.
Required Certifications (one or more of the following):
PMP Project Management Professional
TOGAF The Open Group Architecture Framework
NORA Certification National Enterprise Architecture Framework (Saudi Arabia)
