As an AI Automation Engineer - Customer Service you will:
Improve AI-generated responses to reduce errors and improve NPS.
Automate workflows that reduce refunds and disputes.
Support team leads in monitoring KPIs and resolving escalations.
Prototype new AI-driven processes that increase operational scalability.
