Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a variety of primary year groups
- Follow school policies lesson plans and behaviour expectations
- Maintain a positive and safe learning environment for all pupils
- Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and pupil needs
- Support pupils learning and wellbeing throughout the day
- Manage behaviour confidently and promote positive relationships
- Ensure safeguarding and school procedures are adhered to at all times
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Strong classroom management skills and a flexible proactive approach
- Confidence teaching across EYFS KS1 and/or KS2
- Ability to build quick positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Reliable organised and able to adapt to new school environments
- A commitment to supporting pupils learning and promoting a positive school experience
What Were Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Strong classroom management skills and a flexible proactive approach
- Confidence teaching across EYFS KS1 and/or KS2
- Ability to build quick positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Reliable organised and able to adapt to new school environments
