Managing Director
with strong commercial acumen strategic foresight and a passion for branding.
Your Responsibilities
- Full strategic and operational leadership of the HANRO business
- Development and execution of the global brand and sales strategy
- Lead and inspire a highly skilled multicultural team
- Oversee and optimize all key business functions (Production Finance Sales Marketing)
- Ensure product and service excellence across the entire value chain
- Drive innovation sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate closely with the Group Board on strategic direction and long-term positioning
- Represent the HANRO brand both internally and externally with authenticity and confidence
Your Profile
- Degree in Business Administration Textile Management or related field
- Proven leadership experience within an international premium brand ideally in textiles or consumer goods
- Strong track record in brand development and business expansion
- Strategic thinker with a refined understanding of brand aesthetics and market dynamics
- Exceptional communication leadership and intercultural skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with decisiveness and accountability
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage
