Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities
Job Position: Junior Bookkeeper
Ref: 5128
Location: PE/Gqeberha
Salary: R15 000 per month negotiable commensurate with experience
Qualifications / Requirements:
Matric
Pastel experience
Experience/exposure with:
- Capturing and creating supplier invoices
- Supplier recons and payments
- Customer statements
- Age Analysis
- Daily bank recons
- Budget reporting to Directors
- Payroll
- Payslips
- Employee files (contracts leave/sick leave forms)
- COIDA return yearly and all IOD related matters and claims
- All labour inspections
- Filing
- EMP201 returns monthly
- EMP501 Bi Annually
- VAT returns
- Costings for accepted quotations
- Month end transactions and payments and journals
- Income statement and variance report monthly for meeting
- Prepare audit files year end
