Scientist in Assay Development (fmx)

We need you for:

• Development and optimization of immunoassays
• Planning execution and documentation of studies
• Verification and Validation activities.
• Performing experiments and summarizing results in technical reports
• Preparation and maintenance of SOPs work instructions and technical documentation
• Analysis interpretation and reporting of experimental data using statistical and numerical methods
• Preparation of clear summaries presentations and recommendations for further development steps.
• Proactively identify and implement technical improvements for existing and legacy assays

Your profile:

• Bachelors Masters degree or PhD in Biology Biochemistry Molecular Biology Biotechnology or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in immunoassay development optimization or validation (e.g. ELISA CLIA lateral flow tests multiplex arrays or similar platforms).
• Experience with data analysis tools (e.g. Excel Prism R Python or similar) and familiarity with statistical evaluation of assay performance is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a structured detail-oriented working style.
• High level of commitment and ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to document and present scientific results clearly.
