Job Summary

Remitee a rapidly growing international payments Fintech is looking for an Account Manager/BIZ Specialist to join the Commercial team.

In this role you will play a key role in Remitees growth by identifying new business opportunities analyzing market trends and supporting the expansion of strong commercial relationships with global clients.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure outstanding service delivery and strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis in the international remittance and payments industry across key regions.
  • Design and implement effective lead generation strategies.
  • Create compelling and customized presentations to communicate Remitees value proposition to potential clients.
  • Support the active management of existing client accounts identifying opportunities to improve service and deepen relationships.
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer experience and strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • Work closely with Operations Tech Compliance and Treasury teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service execution.
  • Leverage internal data sources to extract insights and prioritize service enhancements.
  • Utilize analytics tools (e.g. Power BI SQL) to generate reports identify trends and guide decision-making.

Candidates Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Economics Business Administration or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles within the fintech payments banking or digital wallet industries (preferred).
  • Experience developing commercial partnerships in LATAM and/or the US is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Power BI and SQL.
  • Advanced English is required.
