Remitee a rapidly growing international payments Fintech is looking for an Account Manager/BIZ Specialist to join the Commercial team.
In this role you will play a key role in Remitees growth by identifying new business opportunities analyzing market trends and supporting the expansion of strong commercial relationships with global clients.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure outstanding service delivery and strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis in the international remittance and payments industry across key regions.
- Design and implement effective lead generation strategies.
- Create compelling and customized presentations to communicate Remitees value proposition to potential clients.
- Support the active management of existing client accounts identifying opportunities to improve service and deepen relationships.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer experience and strengthen long-term partnerships.
- Work closely with Operations Tech Compliance and Treasury teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service execution.
- Leverage internal data sources to extract insights and prioritize service enhancements.
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g. Power BI SQL) to generate reports identify trends and guide decision-making.
Candidates Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Economics Business Administration or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles within the fintech payments banking or digital wallet industries (preferred).
- Experience developing commercial partnerships in LATAM and/or the US is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Power BI and SQL.
- Advanced English is required.
