Job Summary

Remitee a rapidly growing international payments Fintech is looking for an Sr. UX Designer to join the Product team.

We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills product vision and a sensitivity for human-centered design. This person will join the Product team to participate in the definition design and continuous improvement of our products and cross-border financial flows.
You will be involved from conceptualization to final delivery working closely with PMs engineers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Design intuitive accessible and consistent interfaces and user experiences based on best practices and industry standards.
Actively participate in product definition: discovery research metrics analysis and identifying improvement opportunities.
Redesign and optimize existing flows (pricing tool beneficiaries agenda onboarding etc.).
Create and maintain high-fidelity prototypes in Figma including micro-interactions and clear documentation for developers.
Collaborate on the structure and evolution of Remitees Design System and its application across different products.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure coherence quality and alignment with business objectives.
Contribute with critical thinking prioritization skills and problem-solving mindset.

Candidates Qualifications

5 years of proven experience in UX/UI Design or Product Design roles.
Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
Experience creating and documenting components patterns and complex flows.
Ability to make decisions based on data research or usability heuristics.
Experience working with technology teams (frontend/backend).
Excellent communication and ability to present design rationales.
Portfolio showcasing complete design processes (not just UI).

Nice to have (not mandatory)

Experience in fintech startups or financial products.
Previous work on modular/embeddable products or white-label solutions.
