Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator to manage and maintain our ServiceNow platform. The role involves configuring customising and optimising ServiceNow modules to support business processes ensuring system stability and delivering high-quality solutions aligned with organisational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform including user access roles and permissions.
Configure and customise ServiceNow applications (Incident Problem Change CMDB Service Catalog etc.).
Implement workflows business rules UI policies and client scripts.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Manage platform upgrades patches and integrations with other systems.
Maintain documentation for configurations processes and best practices.
Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and organisational standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator (minimum 2 3 years).
Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and ITIL framework.
Experience with scripting (JavaScript Glide API) and ServiceNow configuration.
Knowledge of integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
Experience with ServiceNow ITSM ITOMCSM or HRSD modules.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
