Job Summary
L3 Activities
Perform root cause analysis by investigating and resolving critical issues.
Support change management process (Release and Deployment for testing/pre prod environments)
Proactive analysis of all issues & requests identification method to prevent in future
Perform code fixes configuration changes and validate
Training and knowledge transfers sessions for L1/L2 teams post deployment
Vendor co-ordination for L4 issues
Technical document and SOP documents validations.
Resolve performance bottle necks for application by setting and validating compute and memory utilization.
Participating in architecture discussions and providing guidance on design-related issues and workarounds.
Identifying proactive enhancements and proposing them to the customer team.
Designing quick-fix workarounds to address underlying issues.
CR Activities
Collaborate with Kotak App owner for end-to-end CR implementation and sign-off for inhouse applications.
Triage CR request and provide inputs for CR estimation and implementation
Collaborate with Kotak change advisory board (CAB) for CR implementation plan and approval.
Development and unit testing of the CR functionality.
Coordinate with BSG team to test the CR against the requirements.
Coordinate with RTB team for Production deployment for new CR deployments.
Planning and managing the release of system and application change requests.
Support minor upgrades (patch set upgrade) installation of update patches and configuration via Technical CRs.
Support security and vulnerability fixes via Technical CRs
Client is using Filenet P8 & ICN components.
