Job Title: SailPoint Enterprise Security Architect IIQ & ISC
Location: Plano TX 75024 (Day 1 Onsite)
Position Overview
The Enterprise Security Architect will lead the design and implementation of advanced Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions with a strong focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC). The architect will collaborate with enterprise stakeholders define IAM strategy design scalable security architectures and guide end-to-end solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality IAM consulting services across large-scale client engagements.
- Define IAM roadmaps program strategies and priorities in partnership with client leadership.
- Lead requirements workshops and convert them into detailed use cases and functional/technical documentation.
- Architect and validate IAM solutions aligned with best practices and customer objectives.
- Conduct architecture reviews establish IAM governance and support process maturity.
- Develop deployment methodologies standards and implementation patterns following vendor guidelines.
- Architect integrate configure and deploy solutions for:
- User Lifecycle Management
- Access Governance
- Automated Provisioning
- SSO / Federation
- Privileged Access Management
- Convert complex technical information into executive-friendly documentation and presentations.
- Write and execute test plans test scripts and validation processes.
- Provide Tier-3 support for ongoing managed services as needed.
- Drive knowledge transfer internal enablement and best-practice sharing.
- Maintain strong communication and client service standards across engagements.
- Identify and escalate risks ensuring adherence to delivery protocols.
- Collaborate with vendor support teams to resolve product-related issues.
- Build and manage technical project plans resourcing exercises and delivery schedules.
- Oversee multiple engagements ensuring adherence to delivery methodologies and design standards.
- Stay current with IAM trends through trainings and industry events.
- Mentor and support junior resources.
- Support presales: LOE estimation RFP responses and SOW development.
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have Technical Skills
- SailPoint IIQ & ISC: 4 6 years of hands-on design customization configuration & deployment experience.
- Core Java & SQL: Strong development skills for rules workflows connectors custom tasks and integrations.
- IAM Core Knowledge: Deep understanding of identity lifecycle governance processes workflows provisioning and integration patterns.
- Directory Services: Experience with Azure AD Active Directory LDAP Workday and related ID stores.
- DevOps Tools: Exposure to Jenkins Bitbucket CI/CD pipelines and version control best practices.
- AWS Fundamentals: Basic understanding of cloud architectures deployments and IAM-related services.
