Job Summary

RSMC services is currently hiring for full time Associate Dentists and managing Clinical Directors with full time availability for our dental support organization (DSO) office.

You Will Succeed By:

Leading a patient-centric team with strong clinical judgment
Ensuring excellent ethical high-quality patient care
Performing full mouth exams and diagnosing dental conditions
Presenting treatment plans and discussing options with patients
Delivering efficient high-quality clinical treatments
Managing budgets and partnering with Operations to meet targets
Mentoring new dentists and dental team members
Staying updated on dental advancements through CE
Networking with dental associations and community groups

Qualifications:

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
