Votre mission si vous lacceptez :

Une offre de stage intituléeStage en Supply Chain (h/f) vient de souvrir au sein de Airbus Défence and Space sur son site de Toulouse-Palays.

Vous intégrerez le département Supply Chain Management de la division Space Systems chargé dassurer un flux optimal de produits au sein du système industriel dAirbus Defence and Space. Compte tenu du large éventail de pièces et déquipements à acquérir et de la diversité des fournisseurs la gestion des données est essentielle à lefficacité de la Supply Chain.

Léquipe Supply Chain dAirbus Space Systems recherche un(e) stagiaire intéressé(e) par lanalyse de données et possédant un profil technique et industriel afin daméliorer la gestion des nombreuses données et informations à contrôler.

Le/la stagiaire devra contribuer à lamélioration du suivi de ces données à la mise en place et/ou à lamélioration des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) au renforcement de la gestion et du transfert des connaissances au sein de léquipe et participer à lanalyse de données de différentes natures afin dappuyer la prise de décision dans lintérêt de lentreprise.

Durant son stage le/la candidat(e) pourra être amené(e) à contribuer à différents projets liés à la gestion de la chaîne dapprovisionnement (analyse commerciale support opérationnel à la demande veille concurrentielle gestion de la performance de la chaîne dapprovisionnement etc.). Il/Elle aura également lopportunité dinteragir avec de nombreux interlocuteurs au sein dAirbus Space Systems (Production Achats Finance Projets Qualité etc.) et ainsi de développer une vision globale du monde des affaires.

Ce stage dune durée de 6 mois débutera idéalement en janvier 2026 (date flexible).

Ce stage nécessite une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessite dêtre éligible à une habilitation par les autorités reconnues.

Vos principales missions consisteront à :

Contribuer à lamélioration du suivi des données à la mise en place et/ou à lamélioration des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) ainsi quau renforcement de la gestion et du transfert des connaissances au sein des équipes.

Participer à lanalyse de données de différents types afin dappuyer la prise de décision dans lintérêt de lentreprise.

Contribuer au déploiement et à lamélioration des outils et processus de gestion des fournisseurs et de suivi des performances déjà utilisés au sein du département Achats de Space Systems.

Contribuer à différents projets liés à la gestion de la chaîne dapprovisionnement (analyse commerciale support opérationnel à la demande veille concurrentielle gestion des performances de la chaîne dapprovisionnement etc.).

Votre tuteur vous accompagnera dans la définition de vos objectifs professionnels et le développement de vos compétences.

Ce stage vous permettra de développer les compétences suivantes :

Interraction avec de nombreux interlocuteurs au sein dAirbus Space Systems : Production Achats Finance Projets Qualité etc.

Développement d une vision globale du monde des affaires.

Vous préparez un Master ou diplôme équivalent en Supply Chain .

Your mission :

An internship opportunity titled : Stage in Supply Chain Management (m/f) has just opened at AIRBUS Defence and Space located in Toulouse-Palays. You will join the Supply Chain Management department in Space Systems department in charge of ensuring efficient flow of Products through the Airbus Defence and Space Industrial System. Considering the broad scope of Parts and Equipments to procure and the broad diversity of Suppliers to interact with Data Management is critical for an efficient Supply Chain Management System.

Airbus Space System Supply Chain is looking for an intern with both Data analytics interest and Technical / Industrial appetite to help improve the management of the many data and information they need to control.

The intern will be expected to help improve the monitoring of those data establishing and/or Improving Key Performance Indicators reinforcing Knowledge management and knowledge transfer within the team helping with Data Analysis of different kinds in order to support decision making in the best interest of the business.

During the internship period the candidate may also be proposed to contribute to different projects around Supply Chain Management (business analysis on demand operational support market intelligence supply chain performance management ...). The candidate will also have the opportunity to interact with many different stakeholders across Airbus Space Systems - Production Procurement Finance Projects Quality ... and hence should have the opportunity to develop a broad scope of business understanding.

Ideally this is a 6 month internship and it should start in January26 (date subject to flexibility).

This position requires a security clearance or requires to be eligible for clearance by recognized authorities.

Main tasks and activities:

Your main missions will consist of :

Help to improve the monitoring of data establishing and/or Improving Key Performance Indicators reinforcing Knowledge management and knowledge transfer within the teams

Help with Data Analysis of different types in order to support decision making in the best interest of the business.

Help deploying and improving pre-existing Supplier Management and Performance monitoring tools and processes already in use within Space Systems Procurement

Contribute to different projects around Supply Chain Management (business analysis on demand operational support market intelligence supply chain performance management ...)

Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills
