Job Summary
Functions:
- Supporting in the definition and design functional architectures for new software applications.
- Ensuring alignment with business needs and system feasibility.
- Lead process reengineering initiatives and apply architectural methodologies and tools to develop hihg-level functional specifications.
- Evaluating third - party software solutions assess integration opportunities.
- Contribute to the definition of AI-based solutions leveraging LLMs and AI Agents.
Skills:
- Capacity to determine functional requirements for new software/applications.
- Expertise in process reengineering.
- Use of tools and methodologies to create functional architecture views.
- Development of system functional specifications at a high level with attention to the integration and frasibility of the system.
- Capacity to evaluate and analyze third party software solutions.
- Communication skills written and verbal both in English and Spanish.
Business Knowledge:
- Global Debt Financing (GDF) Products: Syndicated Loans & Projet Finance.
- Finance & Active Portfolio Management: TTI and P&L calculation; Balance-sheet optimization; Liquidity analysis; Capital Optimization.
- Credit & Conterparty Risk: ratings models; Limit & Exposure metrics; Risk Control Models.
- Distribution Methods (Asset Hedging): Secondary Sales Securitizations Risk Participation Agreements; Insurances TRS...
