Our People
We hire those who add positivity take pride in their work and learn fearlessly. Our turn over rate is extremely low and our teams are tight-knit.
Your Growth
Our team dynamic is one where we cultivate a growth mindset in order to keep up with the speed at which artificial intelligence and robot autonomy changes. Our teams are smaller and have a lot of autonomy so it is common to see new ideas quickly convert from a pitch to development to a product feature. Annual bonuses are available for high performing teams that keep true to RADs values and deliver.
The RAD Balance
RAD has team members all over the world. We honor our pledge to give flexible work hours and employee defined personal time off (aka. holiday time) and we do this because we recognize that each person has different needs and their own rhythm.
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process such as reviewing applications analyzing resumes or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
