Synergie is seeking skilled Powder Coaters to join our clients team in Wingfield! Work with a well-established company specialising in high-quality agricultural equipment and components. If you have experience in powder coating and a keen eye for detail we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

Perform powder coating on a variety of metal components
Prepare surfaces for coating including cleaning sanding and masking
Apply powder coatings with precision and consistency
Ensure high-quality finishes that meet company standards
Operate and maintain powder coating equipment
Monitor curing ovens to ensure proper coating adhesion
Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience as a Powder Coater (essential)
Familiarity with powder coating equipment and processes
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable punctual and a team player
Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines

Shift Details:

Day Shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 2:30pm Friday 6:00am - 12:00pm

Pay Rates & Benefits:

Casual Pay Rate: Day Shift: $40 - 45per hournegotiated depending on experienced candidates
