The Role

As a Customer Support Specialist youll guide customers partners and clientsturning questions about accounts payments orders or benefits into clear actionable solutions. Every interaction is a chance to make an impact build trust and show how peak CX performance is done.

What Youll Do:

  • Create and optimize processes in the area of customer support
  • Provide daily communication (user support via tickets)
  • Ensure user compliance identifying and solving problems
  • Process user claims
  • Perform quality control & reviews management

What We Expect From You:

  • High proficiency in written English (С2)
  • An effective collaborator; supportive of other team members in their success
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems find answers to customer issues and articulate complex solutions in written communication
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment learn quickly and adapt to a changing product
  • Highly empathetic
