Lead the digital growth engine for a fast-growing learning technology platform driving acquisition activation and retention through high-velocity experimentation. Leverage AI automation and smart digital campaigns to scale global expansion and shape the future of workplace learning.

What you will do:
Own the digital growth engine planning and optimising performance campaigns across major platforms.
Design automate and optimise scalable acquisition and nurture funnels that convert.
Run fast experiments across creatives audiences and landing pages integrating AI tools for efficiency.
The ideal candidate:
3-5 years of hands-on digital marketing or growth experience ideally in fast-growth SaaS.
Proven success managing paid campaigns across Google Ads LinkedIn Ads and Meta driving measurable ROI.
Strong grasp of funnel optimisation A/B testing CRO and proficiency in HubSpot.
