Partner with the best

Youll participate in focused training and team meetings work on projects and present your results. During your internship you will be supported by a buddy and your manager who will ensure you have a valuable learning experience. You can expect to receive coaching and mentoring to enable you to complete assignments and projects to develop your learning and skillset.

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Intern to join our Finance team for a 12-month placement. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis within a global organization. The intern will support the Services business and the overall SP&S segment in day-to-day FP&A activities contributing to accurate reporting forecasting and analysis that drive strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support forecasting and budgeting cycles ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Create the files required to consolidate the inputs from regions and product lines that will be used with senior leadership for the bi-weekly forecasting reviews
  • Assist in monthly financial reporting including preparation of variance analysis and performance dashboards.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather data and validate assumptions use in the forecast.
  • Perform cost analysis margin reviews and trend analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Help maintain and improve financial systems and processes ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and presentations for management reviews and global FP&A initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge about ERPs/financial systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a global cross-functional environment.
  • Self-motivated organized and eager to learn.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Recently graduated in a Bachelors or Masters level degree in Finance Accounting Economics Business management or any other business-related program.
  • Have maintained a GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your country
  • Be fluent in oral and written English and have effective communication skills
  • Be able to legally work in the country that you are applying in without company sponsorship or time restriction
