Job Title: Brand Manager Ax (Aesthetic Portfolio)

Job Description
Mission:
The Brand Manager Ax will help to translate the strategy for the Aesthetic product portfolio (Ax) into a local operational marketing plan to achieve the companys business objectives directly reporting to the Marketing Manager Ax.
All actions must comply with national laws (like Law 231 and 81/08) Galdermas Code of Ethics Pharma Industry Laws (including Farmindustria Code) and any other relevant codes standard operating procedures (SOPs) and working instructions.
Key Responsabilities:
- Support the Marketing Manager in the execution of the annual plan aligned with global and local strategy
- Analyse the portfolio performance data and market insights
- Develop/localize promotional materials for each campaign both physical and digital cooperating with agencies and in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of the materials for events or Congresses
- Support the definition of the materials planning for the Sales Team
- Monitor the sampling strategy
- Actively collaborate cross-function and cross-BUs for the go-to-market activities and Integrated Dermatology Strategies (IDS)
Skills & Qualifications
- University Degree with a Marketing/Economic background
- At least 5 years of experience in Marketing (Product/Brand Management) with strong background in Aesthetic Medicine
- Proven experience in marketing rounded role mixing qualitative and analytics tasks
- Knowledge of Medical Visit strategy and Congresses
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience in cross-functional collaboration
- Fluent in Business English (Italian mother tongue preferably)
- Office tools
- Veeva Vault knowledge
- Previous experience working in a matrix organization
