As a Healthcare Sales Advisor youll be the go-to expert for customers looking for the right cover. Your mission is simple: build your own pipeline listen carefully to what people truly need and guide them toward the best Vitality solution. Youll have genuine conversations share your knowledge and make sure every customer feels confident and informed before they say yes. Were looking for someone with proven sales experienceideally in a contact centreand a natural ability to connect with people. If youre persuasive without being pushy thrive on helping customers make smart choices and love seeing results this is your chance to shine.
What you will you do as a Healthcare Sales Adviser
- Manage and maintain a personal pipeline of leads and prospects.
- Follow up on enquiries nurture leads and convert them into sales.
- Clearly explain Vitalitys unique health insurance offerings and benefits.
- Tailor recommendations to match the customers needs and circumstances.
- Ensure customers are fully informed before making a purchasing decision.
- Adhere to FCA regulations and internal compliance standards.
- Work closely with team members and managers to share best practices.
- Participate in training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Highlight the added value of Vitalitys wellness rewards (e.g. gym discounts fitness devices healthy meals).
- Encourage customers to engage with the health-enhancing aspects of their policy.
- Represent Vitalitys mission to make people healthier and protect their lives.
