In partnership with an international consulting firm we are seeking a Legal Counsel for a global life sciences company. As Legal Counsel you will be responsible for drafting negotiating and reviewing various clinical contracts. You will provide legal advice and work closely with senior management.
Key tasks/Responsibilities:
Drafts reviews and negotiates agreements for different phases of clinical development including clinical trial agreements contract research organization agreements and other trial-related agreements
Negotiates agreements with third parties for example research organizations
Coordinates closely with the senior legal team; develops a constructive working relationship
Keeps abreast of relevant industry developments and regulations governing clinical trials; provides input and advice where needed
Assists on other matters as needed
Experience & Qualifications:
You are fluent in English both written and verbal; additional fluency in either German French Italian or Spanish is a plus
You have previous experience in supporting and negotiating clinical trial operations and agreements
You have the ability to think around a more nuanced and complex international set up
You have excellent drafting skills communication skills and attention to detail
You must be highly organized efficient and hard-working; you must be capable of building strong and collaborative relationships
