Job Summary
Gwinnett Place Ford Body Shop is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Collision Estimator to join our team in Duluth GA. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of automotive repair processes and estimating demonstrating accuracy and professionalism in assessing vehicle damage and preparing repair estimates. This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $65000.00 to $90000.00 paid semi-monthly.
Responsibilities
- Accurately evaluate the extent of vehicle damage and prepare detailed repair estimates.
- Collaborate effectively with customers insurance companies and repair technicians to ensure clear communication and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry repair procedures materials and standards.
- Utilize estimating software and other tools to produce precise and comprehensive reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and explaining repair processes and costs.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Body Shop Estimator in a related automotive repair estimation role.
- Strong proficiency with automotive estimating software and related technologies.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a pre-employmentdrug screening and background check
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
