The Instructional Designer plays a key role in shaping high-touch high-quality learning experiences across our programs. This role collaborates closely with curriculum teams and subject matter experts to design engaging content develop assessments and maintain course materials within the LMS. You will support both online and in-person learning programs and ensure instructors are equipped to deliver curriculum effectively.
Develop and edit online learning materials content and assessment tools aligned with curriculum goals and measurable learning objectives.
Design and produce highly interactive engaging blended learning experiences across multiple modalities.
Work closely with internal stakeholders and SMEs to create and refine course content.
Oversee the implementation of online and in-person learning programs.
Maintain course content structure and resources within the Learning Management System (LMS).
Support curriculum training and onboarding for instructors.
Ensure instructors understand the curriculum instructor guides and the LMS tools needed for effective delivery.
Degree in Education Instructional Design or related field.
3 years of instructional design experience.
Knowledge of assessment and evaluation methods.
Proficiency with LMS platforms such as Blackboard Canvas Moodle or proprietary systems.
Familiarity with website design video technology and video editing.
Strong understanding of learning theory and adult education principles.
Basic HTML and CSS knowledge preferred.
