What Youll Do:
- Oversee daily operations: Maintenance preventative maintenance and general upkeep of the property.
- Handle general repairs: Ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Prepare apartments for new residents: Create a welcoming and comfortable living space.
- Conduct preventive maintenance: Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for our residents.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Knowledge: 1 years of experience in general maintenance with a basic understanding of HVAC electrical and plumbing.
- Hands-On: Own and know how to use basic hand and power tools can lift heavy objects and climb ladders with ease.
- Certified:HVAC/EPA certification CPO is a plus.
- Schedule: On-call duty rotation required.
- Trustworthy: Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

Pay:The pay for this opportunity can vary and may range anywhere from$26 to $28 per hour.The base compensation rate will vary based on education experience skills and geographic location as applicable.
