What will you do
- Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services.
- Create maintain and update a customer database with complete information.
- Consolidate and build the customer base.
- Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail.
- Ensure consistent customer follow-up.
- Monitor competitors products or services and develop selling strategies.
- Handle customer needs and inquiries.
Candidate profile
Bachelors degree preferred
12 months of outbound sales experience
Goal-driven with strong KPI orientation
Excellent communication skills with the ability to persuade and consult by phone
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Native-level German and solid English proficiency
EU passport or valid Spanish residence/work permit required
Employer offers
Full-time position (39 hours/week Monday to Friday)
Long-term contract
- Hybrid work
Intensive 3-week training on product and sales techniques
Relocation package available
- 2110- Base salary (25330- gross yearly)
- 372.5- Performance bonus (4470- gross yearly)
