Job Summary

Edit short-form & long-form videos for social media channels ads and digital campaigns using modern video and AI tools

Plan and execute video shoots including filming doctors ad campaigns product marketing videos cultural content and other brand-related footage.

Capture high-quality video and visual content aligned with Marhams storytelling and brand identity.

Transform raw footage into compelling stories by trimming color-correcting adding music captions animations and AI-generated elements.

Repurpose content across multiple formats (YouTube Shorts TikTok Instagram Reels Facebook LinkedIn).

Generate AI-driven visual assets subtitles and graphics that align with Marhams branding.

Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm concepts and bring marketing ideas to life visually.

Optimize content for engagement and platform-specific best practices.

Maintain an organized library of edited assets templates and project files.

Stay up to date with video and AI trends tools and best practices to continuously improve production quality and efficiency

Requirements

Strong grip on tools like Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects.

Proven experience as a Videographer (video editing & AI tools experience preferred).

Hands-on experience with professional cameras and diverse filming techniques.

Ability to handle photography alongside videography when required.

Strong understanding of storytelling pacing and audience engagement.

Basic knowledge of graphic design and tools like Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Creativity attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling.

Bonus: Knowledge of SEO for video YouTube optimization or healthcare-related content.
