Job Summary
Job Title: Tip Grinding Operator
Job Summary
The Tip Grinding Operator will be responsible for operating grinding machines to shape finish and refine metal components as per production specifications. This role requires attention to detail strong technical ability and adherence to quality and safety standards within the manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate tip grinding machines to produce parts as per required dimensions and tolerances.
Load and unload components onto the machine with proper alignment.
Monitor machine operation and make minor adjustments for quality output.
Inspect components visually and using measuring instruments (vernier caliper micrometer gauges).
Maintain cleanliness of the machine and work area.
Follow safety procedures and report any equipment issues to the supervisor.
Assist senior operators in machine setup and calibration when required.
Ensure timely completion of production targets.
Essential Qualifications
Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th / ITI preferred (Fitter Turner Machinist).
Experience: Freshers can apply (01 year).
Basic understanding of manufacturing or machine operation is an added advantage.
Skills Required
Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn grinding operations.
Ability to understand simple technical instructions and drawings.
Good handeye coordination and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Knowledge of measuring tools (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong discipline and ability to follow safety guidelines.
