Job Description Packing Staff
About the Role
The Packing Staff will be responsible for efficiently packing finished goods as per the company standards maintaining product quality and ensuring smooth flow of items in the production unit. This role requires attention to detail discipline and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Pack finished products according to company guidelines and quality standards
Label seal and arrange packed items for dispatch or storage
Inspect items for defects or damages before packing
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area
Follow safety protocols and use packing materials appropriately
Assist in loading and unloading packed goods when required
Coordinate with the production team for daily packing targets
Maintain daily records of packed items
Essential Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 10th pass / 12th pass (preferred)
Freshers can apply
Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
Required Skills
Basic understanding of packing processes
Good attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistency
Time management and ability to meet targets
Willingness to work in shifts
