Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Multi Skilled Tradesperson with a focus on carpentry to join our Building Services & Maintenance team. This role is crucial in ensuring the effective maintenance and repair of building structures and facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong carpentry background and the ability to perform a variety of maintenance tasks contributing to the overall functionality and safety of our facilities.

Responsibilities:

Perform carpentry work including repairs installations and maintenance of building structures.
Conduct general maintenance tasks across various trades as needed.
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and standards.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Requirements

Proven experience in carpentry and general maintenance tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Full drivers license is mandatory for this role.

Required Skills:

Requirements: Basic understanding of waste and refuse collection processes. Ability to operate collection vehicles and equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Good physical stamina and ability to work in various weather. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Previous experience in waste management or a related field is a plus but not required.
